The final thing they put out before their sudden shift towards....well you know. Burial At Sea Pt. 2 is exactly what you wanted and more. It combines Rapture and Columbia into one beautiful, atmospheric, story-driven, mind-blowing package that's definitely worth every penny you spent on it whether it was 3.74$ on sale or 15$ (preferably the first one). If you're a fan of BioShock, or even if you loved BioShock 1 and 2 but hated Infinite, then this is still for you. The way it wraps up the stories and the loose ends of everything in the franchise is truly something breathtaking. Also notable, is the new stealth system they implemented, although it can kind of get cheap once you find a certain mod for a certain invisibility plasmid that basically lets you take people out and walk around as if AI didn't even exist. But the stealth is still great, BioShock Infinite arguably had pretty bland gun-play, and so they replaced it with this. It fits great given the tone and atmosphere of Rapture. The environments are beautiful, the stealth is spot-on, the story is magnificent, and the ending....the ending....although not as much of a mind-blow as Infinite, the last hour of the DLC reveals so many mysteries and concludes in a way that plays with your emotions all while leaving you fully satisfied with said ending. I couldn't have imagined a better way to end Irrational's BioShock legacy (please 2K don't screw it up now that Irrational's out). It's personally the best story-driven DLC, and possibly the best DLC I've ever played in my life. Definitely makes up for the disappoint many felt with Burial At Sea Pt. 1. Buy it. Please.
