Fun, but diminishing returns
This game is a blast for the first few hours. The music is enjoyable, the artwork is beautiful. By hour two or three, you'll be contemplating quitting your job and moving to somewhere tropical to see if you can be a real marina tycoon. The flaw with this game is not that it becomes more complex, it's that there's no way to automate or delegate low level tasks and it becomes unmanageably hectic. You literally can't navigate to the things that require your attention fast enough.
