Tower defense

They are all pretty much the same, just looks different. Build your towers, upgrade them, and purchase enhancements as you progress through the levels.

Roaming Fortress

This is different

So you get a giant beast with a fortress on it. The beast walks at a steady rate toward a well guarded gate. You get to choose your fortress (as you progress between levels), choose your weapons, and click the enemies as you see them.
The first levels are pretty basic and involve a lot of you manually clicking each enemy, but later levels you can upgrade your weapons to automatically fire (at that weapons specific targeting settings). Takes time to beat as one load out will not beat every level and different challenges for time or kills force you to change your strategy. Example: If you need X amount of kills, don't smash the houses before all the enemy soldiers come out.

The Wolf Among Us (Telltale Key)

Not completed

I have only completed the first chapter, but I really liked it. Downloaded the other chapters (for free) and am waiting for the nights I still have energy after the kids are in bed. Really excited to finish this one.

Even at full price of $5 this game is a steal. Reading about people complaining about saving? It auto-saves your progress between missions. I do recommend changing the controls however, personnel preference really to use WASD to move. Get it, you wont regret it!

The classic game of Risk on my MacBook? Yes please! Everything awesome about the game of Risk without the risk of losing the pieces and using Monopoly pieces as replacements. Less than $10, why not?

Addicted

Have time to kill? Knock out a couple levels of this gem, but beware as time might escape you after you get drawn in. Super simple to learn, challenging, and fun animations.

Take it back a few

Found this gem on here and did not think twice. Awesome if you loved it when it was new, awesome if your new to the genre/universe. This is the game that turned me on to Star Wars games, you get to build a lightsaber!

Short game if your brillant or look up a walkthrough. Fun puzzles move you through the world of insects after a nuclear holocaust. Get lost for a day, its worth it
