Cute platformer that is very entertaining.

The first thing you will notice about the game is that it is about a cute little booger. :) Don't take that as meaning it isn't a tough game or anything like that. It's a fun platformer with a lot of challenges. You will find yourself going back and trying to get gold on the 40 or so levels it has. Any game that makes you want to keep playing, has to be worth the purchase.

Tropico 5: Mad World DLC
 –

Odd DLC, that is a bit grindy.

To some, this isn't necessarily a good DLC. It does have benefits on harder difficulties, with the new Asylum building, but the mission might ruin it for some. The problem ends up being that at best, it has a grindy mission. At worst? A buggy mission that some can't finish. Still, if the price is right, I would pick it up. The building bonuses are worth it.

Tropico 5: Espionage
 –

Nice gain of spying abilities.

There is a lot in this DLC, which is good, due to the price. You gain a lot of spying/policing abilities/buildings, which will benefit your setup. The story can be a bit too much of a tutorial on how to use it, which I guess helps some. Still, worth it, if you like the game. Check it out.

Tropico 5: Generalissimo DLC
 –

A solid, unique military building, saves it.

Perhaps not the best story and it may not be a DLC for everyone, but they do add a nice HQ building that can train commando squads. It is a unique building, so you only get one, but it is a decent one. Worth checking out if the price is right.

Tropico 5: Waterborne DLC
 –

A big DLC, with a lot to offer.

This is actually a pretty solid expansion, that offers all sorts of new things. Missions, buildings, vehicles, and so forth, that actually make your island better. People pick on the smaller DLCs for the game, but this is one of the two big ones, so if you play the game, it is worth grabbing this. The most important thing is that some of the buildings are useful, thus you should have them on your island. Worth getting the DLC, if the price is right.

Dungeons 2 - A Chance of Dragons DLC
 –

Good maps.

Not an overwhelmingly large DLC, but the three maps provided were really fun, so worth the price of admission. It's worth checking out this DLC, if you have the game.

Out There: Omega Edition
 –

A unique blending of genres.

I was drawn in because it seemed like an FTL style of game. It is, to a limited extent. Instead of combat, your focus is on resource management. This can provide a different sort of challenge. With achievements, nice graphics, and a fair amount to do, it is worth checking out.

Crowntakers: Undead Undertakings DLC
 –

Great DLC, for an underrated game.

I always appreciate a loaded DLC and this qualifies. As the only DLC they have done so far, it adds a ton of new things. This includes 15 achievements, a new mercenary, and it adds much to each on that was already there. Worth the cost, if you like the Crowntakers.

Pajama Sam: No Need To Hide When It’s Dark Outside
 –

Cute, classic game.

20 years old, this year, but still has it going. You could do a lot worse for a children's game. I recommend getting all of their games.

Joe Dever's Lone Wolf HD Remastered
 –

Solid gamebook title.

It looks good, plays well, and has nothing that I can really complain about. To some it would get a bit grindy after a while, but I tend to not be bothered by things such as that. I think it has more than enough going on to make it worth checking out. Get it, if the price is right.

Crusader Kings II: Way of Life
 –

Kind of a crazy DLC, once you see it playing out.

I don't know exactly how to explain this DLC, but it is probably worth the money, to most that enjoy CKII. Basically it lets you live out your life with all sorts of scenarios, including having your wife cheat on you and having all sorts of random outcomes. It's worth getting, if you want something a bit different. They patched it after release, to fix any early problems you might have read about.

Rising World
 –

Still a work in progress, but fun.

I think this is a good game and it isn't even finished yet, so I would only imagine that it will be great, when it is. What most drew me to it was the fact that it can be played single player. I hate being forced into a multiplayer setting, though it has a solid one. It's worth the price. Check it out.

In Between
 –

A great game, even if you don't enjoy platformers.

This is actually a really enjoyable, good looking, puzzle-platformer. It not only provides a meaningful story, to go along with a solid game, but the stages change, to match your character's mood. All-around good experience.

Crusader Kings II: Horse Lords
 –

Big DLC, with a lot to offer.

I find the Mongols to be interesting, so this makes for a great DLC. This is definitely a must have DLC, that is loaded with new mercenaries, cultures, and events. The Steppes are a fun area. I recommend checking this DLC out.

Shelter 2
 –

Great looking game.

A beautiful game, about controlling a lynx. It doesn't all click as well as you might want, but I still think it is worth checking out. After you are done fighting it out with the camera, you can take to taking out other animals. Getting to take care of your kits can make the game for some. Check it out.

Shoppe Keep
 –

Fantasy shop management worth trying.

This is a fun game, where you run a fantasy shop and deal with customers that you would typically be playing as, in other games. It is filled with busy work, which has been tweaked over time, so it has gotten better. To some, it may be too much. For someone like me, I can handle it. I think it is a game worth checking out.

Dungeons 2 - A Game of Winter
 –

Loaded DLC

This is actually a really nice DLC, with 8 new maps, 8 missions, and a new faction. This is obviously a play on Game of Thrones and it is worth having, even if just for that. You still get a lot to go with it. Worth it, if the price is right.

Europa Universalis IV: Sounds from the Community - Kairis Soundtrack
 –

Good Soundtrack.

Perhaps the best tunes from EUIV. If you are into game music at all, might be worth a purchase. If you like the game, this is a must have. Check it out.

Avernum 2: Crystal Souls
 –

Deep, entertaining game.

Maybe you look at this and think, "It isn't the best looking game". That is ok, but it plays really, really well. Old school can be alright, sometimes. This turn-based RPG is an example. This is like something I would have seen in my childhood, but updated for modern ideas and achievements. Hard not to recommend it. Check it out.

The Perils of Man
 –

Fun point and click game.

Great graphics and an intriguing story, make this game worth trying out. The game is short and the gameplay is average, but it still makes for a good overall game. It's worth a purchase.
