An amazing game, Hours upon Hours upon Hours

Played this game for many an hour. for some reason, some of my space age games started crashing. Great for kids and adults will get a kick out of some of the content as well. Creative people will love this game.

You buy this for the space combat.

This game has plenty of potential but doesn't meet up with it. The ground combat is not fun. Rebellion infantry wreck stormtroopers. Why? I dunno. Ground combat was just a flop to me. The space combat is amazing. Fairly well balanced, unlike the ground combat. I play this game just to play space skirmishes.

Plays on Steam

Game plays on steam, kinda like futuristic Orcs Must DIE! however lacks the story that orcs had. Game is simple and that is its strength. Focus on turrets or your guns, its got everything to make it a good time waster but not a game that will change your life.

Call of Duty 2

Good Game.

Good game, plays smooth, It's Call of Duty. You get the usual WWII gameplay. Lots of last stands, a couple of covert missions. You cannot through back grenades, which is a pain. Played through several times and its fun, but not as much replay as others.

Jade Empire: Special Edition

Great Game!

From the same makers of Knights of the Old Republic, follows a roughly similar excellent game experience.
Learn Kung-Fu and battle across ancient china. Excellent gameplay and story. There is plenty of re-play value as well. I've never had any downloading or in-game issues. Runs well and is fun. Would have been better if they had made some changes to the fighting styles, don't get amped up for drunken boxing it sucks in this game, however it is a fun game.

Worth it!

This game proves itself timeless. Came out when I was younger, but I bought it recently and have enjoyed it thoroughly. Have plenty of replay value, trying to go back through and try different classes and decisions, a lot of side quests.
Had no download issues, game crashes, in-game issues.

Rome: Total War™ - Gold Edition

Great Game

Played the original Rome:Total War on PC years ago, bought this to play it again.
It is an older game so the graphics definitely don't feel as new as a lot of the games out there. More than makes up for this in gameplay.
Have a turn based campaign map that is easy to use, battles you deploy your units and fight in real time.
I would say that this game is no fun without a mouse. You loose the versatility of changing up formations and getting the full gameplay without a mouse.
I had no issues downloading the game and playing it. Overall just a wonderful game. One of the top ten I've played.

Prince of Persia The Two Thrones
 –

Good and Bad

Some moments of this game are just amazing. Other parts are insanely frustrating. I've had no download or in-game issues.
It took me a long time to figure out how to use the game mechanics. They made this game before Assassin's Creed and have a lot of similar ideas-the whole parkour thing-however its not nearly as smooth as Assassin's is. Once you get used to that, then you're set.
You'll hate the chariot sequences as they leave little room for error and nearly made me throw my laptop out the window on several occasions.
The combat system is about timing and finesse. You won't be able to just bash your way through like a barbarian, you gotta get into the feel for the timing.
Otherwise its a good Prince of Persia game. Story is not amazing, but gets you by. You play this for the gameplay and because even on the easiest difficulty settings you can't just cake walk through the game.

Star Wars The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition
 –

Excellent

Game play is great! ported well!
My graphics card can barely handle the game, I have beaten the game through 5-6 times and lagged the whole way. Also lag in the movie sequences, Which you CANNOT SKIP!!
Fun game, especially with the extra levels, makes for a lot more fun.

Call of Duty Deluxe Edition

Good game

The original. A really fun game, does not have the usual health system they adopted later on, so be careful with your health. It is old, so some of the gameplay moments may seem next to impossible at harder difficulties.

Battle Fleet
 –

Not worth it.

Thought this would be a more exciting battleship, its not. If I took the time to learn how to get the range on my guns, I'd be wasting time that is better spent doing other things. Probably better as a game on an iPad, not a laptop

Kung Fu Panda The Game
 –

Its Ok.

Game ported to Mac from console. Plays well, the adapted controls are easy to figure out kinda hard to master. Gameplay is good, meant for kids.
I had no issues first time playing through, however I had lots of issues the second time.

Excellence In Gaming

I got sucked in from the begginning. Would not say it is terrifying but there are definitely moments that make your heart race. The music syncs with the gameplay so do yourself a favor and turn the lights low and let the sound up a little bit.
The graphics run great on my old MacBook Pro, have no crash issues or lagging.
Some might feel there is little replay value, however I have played it through six times now. Be sure to try to ramp up the difficulty and see if you survive!
Overall definitely one of the ten best games I've ever played. Worth every penny.
