New 'gun' style not as fun*****

Really love the Total War series and was excited to try this one out. Just not as fun or satisfying as the old ones (Romes and Medievals). Units too similar and not as much variety as the old style melee and archer types.

Really enjoyed it for a while, lots to learn if you are new to the series. Still not quite mastered it even after spents tons of time reading manual and forums.

Fun, different type of game. But not a ton of 'training' and having to take lumps as you learn what is going on
