The Path
 –

One of My Favorite Games

The Path is magical, haunting in a sense that you become afraid to turn the lights out at night, and slightly monotonous. This isn't about hacking away at something, but about a darker interpretation of the classic tale. I was addicted and mesmerized by the intricate leaves and scenery. I have played through to the endings several times, each time even more scared than the last time I played. Grandma's house builds suspense by leading you through winding passages with sharp turns and deadly surprises. A real treat for horror lovers.

Winter Voices Prologue: Avalanche

Interesting Story

This game has a really nice story and lots of characters to get to know. You can chose what you say to different characters, which is rather nice in an RPG. Winter Voices doesn't really have graphics, but painted scenery. The combat system was kinda disappointing, and played out like a board game. I had issues with installing the game, and needed technical support to install it. If you enjoy reading and watching NPC reactions, and a dull combat system, this might be for you. Good game overall.

Do Not Waste Your Time

This game has very bad graphics and a cheesy storyline.

Empress of the Deep: The Darkest Secret

Great Game

This is a great game if you are looking for an easy adventure. The puzzles aren't too hard, and you can skip them if you want to. The hints are very helpful. The only bad thing is that the game is too short and the "mystery" is easily guessed. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous. 'Empress' has some hidden object scenes, but is not overwhelmed by them like a lot of other games are.
