Can't play this game, just too jerky, stalls after 5 minutes every time. No control over map, there is something very wrong here. Wish I would have believed some reviews

Is there a fix it plan??

I downloaded this game not a great loss of money on sale but quite a waste of time as well, it does not open does not even blip, despite my platform surpassing the requirements. There must be a fix somewhere but no-one responds just appears to be a hoax and makes me very reluctant to try other games. Wish I had read reviews earlier. I would suggest not buying this it is frustrating at best. Just doesn't load at all.
