Add a new species and origin

Adds a rock based species that eats minerals instead of food and has a few unique traits available. The rock species specific origin makes your rock people expand via meteorites.
Honestly not worth the full price, get on discount.

Do note that the devs in progress of rebalancing and adding more things to each of the race DLCs, possibly making these more worthwhile.

Stellaris: Necroids Species Pack

New origin with unique mechanisms

This DLC adds a new race/origin and 3 new civics designed specifically around the new origin. Basically allows you to make a parasitic race that consumes other races to create more population of your own race. Base price is IMO too high, get on discount.
Additional note: Devs in progress of rebalancing and adding more things to each of the race DLCs, possibly making these more worthwile.

Stellaris: Federations

Most of this was given for free in patch

If you look purely at what this DLC alone adds, it seems a bit lackluster. That is only because most of the features for this DLC were added for free in the base game in a patch. The DLC itself only expands on what you cando with federations, adds a bunch of origins and some megastructures and juggernauts that are mobile shipyards.

Stellaris: Nemesis

Needs a bit more time to cook

At the time of this review, Ive come to the conclusion the devs still need to adjust and rebalance the things this DLC adds. Once again, do note that a lot of the content and new features are added in a free patch to the base game. The DLC expands on those new features.
As for the main things the DLC adds:
- Espionage (without DLC you get bare minimum). Even with DLC I honestly haven't used much and think needs more work. It costs too much resources for how little you can gain from doing it.
- A new victory condition by becoming a crisis yourself.
- Expands the Galactic Community system a bit.
