Imperator: Rome - Magna Graecia Content Pack
 –

Amazing expansion into Greece!

Extremely fair price - I would say one of the best values Paradox has ever delivered in DLC! - and great expansion of Imperator Rome to cover many key areas of Greece. Easy recommendation.

Imperator: Rome - Heirs of Alexander Content Pack
 –

Nice mix of extra stuff for Imperator Rome!

As the storefront says, this DLC adds a bunch of different things to the game, from new music to new events to a cool Wonder Designer tool. Imo Imperator Rome made an amazing turnaround after launch, and this pack is a no-brainer to pick up to further flesh out the game.

Prison Architect - Island Bound
 –

Not many new mechanics, but a lot of flavor

Criticisms of this DLC for adding relatively little in terms of extra gameplay are not unfounded. That said, I am still finding the flavor of making an island prison (in the vein of Alcatraz) strangely immersive and fun. For me, for the price WinGameStore had it at, this DLC was worth the money.

Europa Universalis IV: Emperor
 –

Interesting mechanics with the Holy Roman Empire

There are still some bugs in this expansion, as is not uncommon for Paradox DLCs, but overall I think this is a pretty good one. The main addition is the Pope and Holy Roman Empire, which introduces a lot of interesting new mechanics and is a lot of fun to play. Recommend

Europa Universalis IV: Emperor Content Pack
 –

Really beautiful unit models...

Some extremely nice unit models for nations focused on in the Emperor EU4 expansion, covering the Balkans, Alps, and Germany and Italy. I always find that these Paradox cosmetic packs add a lot of immersion to the games for me, so for such a well-done one I have to give it 5/5 and a thumbs up.

Prison Architect - Psych Ward: Warden's Edition
 –

Criminal loonies in Prison Architect!

There are for sure some bugs and a few frustrating design decisions, but overall the new mechanics are very welcome. Imo what is added here helps spice up the game more noticeably than a DLC like Island Bound, and overall I would recommend picking it up on sale.

Cities: Skylines - Sunset Harbor
 –

Not as good as Industries, but...

Nowhere near as strong as the Industries expansion, but there is still some welcome flavor here in the fisheries and other additions to coastal cities. Overall I liked what was added, and don't regret the purchase.

Hearts of Iron IV: La Résistance
 –

Vichy France, Spanish Civil War, and more elaborate espiomage

New focus trees for France, Spain, and Portugal flesh out how it feels to play those nations in HOI4. The more extensive espionage mechanics can sometimes be a bit too much, but usually I like the added challenge. Overall not the top tier of HOI4 DLC when it comes to fun and polish, but a pretty good buy on sale nevertheless.

Rise of Industry: 2130
 –

Awesome futuristic Rise of Industry total conversion

2130 is like an extremely well done total conversion mod of Rise of Industry, but in my opinion even better and more polished than the base game! Different buildings and tweaked mechanics, although of course overall it is not an enormous departure from the management I liked in RoI. If you enjoy futuristic / Blade Runner-esque settings and Rise of Industry, I think 2130 is a great expansion.

Hearts of Iron IV: Allied Speeches Pack
 –

Famous speeches for more historical flavor in HOI IV

This is officially another "music" pack for HOI IV, and the famous speeches from Churchill, Roosevelt, Eisenhower, etc. are indeed accompanied by an appropriate swelling soundtrack. Speeches activate at appropriate times in the game depending on event triggers (for example, development of the atom bomb) and add a lot of immersion for me, especially the first time you hear them. I docked one star because this flavor DLC isn't critical and Paradox doesn't seem interested in an Axis speeches pack for historical realism and balance; but Allied Speeches is still recommended!

Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes
 –

Fun point-and-click adventure in the vein of Deponia

If you enjoyed Deponia or any adventure game from these developers in general, I think Edna & Harvey is a clear recommend. For people new to the genre, it is also a pretty good one to start with; not too complicated. While it isn't my absolute favorite point-and-click game but is a lot of fun and is up there.

Cities: Skylines - Coast to Coast Radio
 –

Pleasant, relaxing coastal music!

One of my favorite music/radio packs for Cities Skylines! Some very nice, soothing tracks that are generally pleasant in tone and let you relax while building. You can sample the tracks on Youtube to see if you like them, for me it was another great addition to the game's options and atmosphere.

Cities: Skylines - Content Creator Pack: Modern Japan
 –

Japanese-style additions to Cities Skylines

This content pack does what it says on the tin, adding a multitude of Japanese-styled buildings to this great game. If you liked the other content packs and Japanese city districts sound appealing to you, it's a buy.

The Walking Dead: Michonne - A Telltale Miniseries
 –

Interesting Walking Dead spinoff

This miniseries does not follow Clementine or your other favorite characters from the main series Walking Dead games. Noting that, it does a good job getting you to care about Michonne and the rest of the cast, and has that familiar well done Walking Dead atmosphere and integrated gameplay. Definitely recommended for fans; it is strong, if not quite as strong as Seasons 1 and 2.

The Walking Dead: Season 2
 –

Amazing followup to Season 1

Great continuation of the story from Season 1, following Clementine (and another key character from the first season!) as they try to survive. In my opinion, arguably as strong a season as the original.

Hearts of Iron IV: Sabaton Soundtrack Vol. 2
 –

More amazing metal for HOIV!

Like HOIV? Like metal and, specifically, Sabaton? Clear worth a buy!

XCOM 2: War of the Chosen
 –

Really great expansion to XCOM 2

More units, more missions - with some new structures and interesting goals - and more XCOM basically! Worthy expansion to one of the best ever strategy gaming series.

Cities: Skylines - Country Road Radio
 –

Nice country music for Cities Skylines

Does what it says in the product description - adds a lot of country music tracks to listen to while building in Cities Skylines. I like this music pack a lot, so simple 5/5.

Cities: Skylines - Deep Focus Radio
 –

Chill ambient music for building in CS

For my money, one of the absolute best music tracks for Cities Skylines. Very chill ambient music that helps get in "the zone" and enjoy building in Cities Skylines. 5/5

Crusader Kings II: Horse Lords Content Pack
 –

Nice unit designs, portraits, and music

Don't expect game-changing content, but I always enjoy these Paradox content packs and the visual improvements/variety they bring to their games over time. This one has some nice unit designs for Mongol, Early Germanic, and other cultures, and some extra portraits and music. For me it is a buy for the price.
