Stellaris: Apocalypse
 –

Fun war-focused DLC

Apocalypse adds some flavor to Stellaris' otherwise lacking war department.

Stellaris: Utopia
 –

Great, if mandatory, DLC

Utopia, just as Federations, is a great DLC that is practically mandatory if you intend to play Stellaris for any length of time.

Stellaris: Synthetic Dawn Story Pack
 –

Great DLC for the price

Synthetic Dawn doesn't add too much content per se, but I'd still recommend it for the price.

Europa Universalis IV: Rule Britannia
 –

Wonderful Immersion Pack

This isn't a full-on DLC, and shouldn't be treated as such. However, it's great for the price, and affects every nation in the game.

Hearts of Iron IV: Together for Victory
 –

Basically Mandatory

Out of all of HOI4's DLC's, this one is, IMO, the most important one. Waking the Tiger adds really cool new focus trees and QoL changes, but this DLC fleshes out the Commonwealth and makes puppets not only viable, but a better option than annexing in most cases.
