Absolutely adorable, and fun

I rarely write reviews, but was very surprised by this game. I tend to play hidden object games and enjoy the darker themed ones such as Mystery Case Files Ravenhearst series. Anyway, this was a fun time management game. It offered cute graphics, sound effects, and allowed for play to be timed or casual. I found myself over the course of a week trying to fit time in to beat the game with my work schedule. It is rather addicting.

Richie The Gnome: Treasure Hunter

Richie The Gnome

Considering this is a Mac game website, many of you should be very familiar with Lode Runner; that awesome game that ran of the E Mac computers (and a few other models). Even though the Lode Runner Game has been re-done, Richie the Gnome is very similar to the original game play. The characters on Richie the Gnome are funny, especially the goblins. Definitely worth the price.

Mystery Legends: Beauty and the Beast Collector's Edition
 –

beauty and the beast

Great graphics and the hidden objects are not too difficult to find (but still challenging). After awhile hidden object games tend to repeat the same type of puzzles to solve, Beauty and the Beast offers some original puzzles. Love the music, and like the original Beauty and the Beast novel.

Twisted Lands: Shadow Town Collector's Edition

cool game

Wow, I was not expecting the ending. Great hidden object game. There is a lot of back and forth movement to use the items that are collected. That was annoying at times, but overall the game was great.

Tasty Planet - Back for Seconds
 –

better then the original

tasty planet is one of my old time favorite games. The sequel is awesome. All new items to gobble up as you travel through the past and future. There is more of a variety of objects then the first game (bugs, raisins, bones, rice, turtles etc . . .)

Cooking Academy

If you like to cook . . .

The game is enjoyable; it teaches you how to prepare dishes without the mess. The chopping, mixing and baking are realistic. I was surprised how much fun this was. The recipes are real which makes it cooler.

The Race

It's okay

With so many hidden object games out there, this one was rather disappointing. The graphics are not crisp and because of that items are harder to find. The commentator's voice tends to get annoying as you find the hidden objects.

Return to Dark Castle
 –

It's about time ! ! !

If you are a Dark Castle player, the third installment is a must. You get to play the first two games and new levels. It's in COLOR ! ! ! Since the company fixed the pref3 bug the game encountered, there are no glitches.

A must have ! ! !

Agatha Christie: Peril at End House

Great game

Wonderful graphics, sound, mini games. The only problem I encountered was fitting together the puzzle pieces. If you don't have a mouse with a right clicker, hold down the control button when moving the pieces around. I had to contact Macgamestore for that info. the directions do not include that bit of info.

Best hidden object game I've played.

Women's Murder Club: Death In Scarlet

Worth the money

I love hidden object games, but, this one offered soooo much more. The game is incredible, you feel like a part of the story and playing all the roles is exciting. My favorite was being able to do forensic "stuff" like collecting samples and running tests to check the blood type. The only draw back is once the game is beat . . . there is no alternative play. BUT, the game is worth owning.
