This really should've been a bigger pack with growables for residential, commercial and office. They are so nice looking and the potential is huge for more.

Cities can finally be pedestrianized

Finally we have the tools for pedestrian-friendly cities. Lots of new streets and some wall-2-wall buildings. But only really worth it if that is what youre looking for since there's nothing else going on in this pack.
