Cave Quest

I'd recommend it

For the price, this little game delivers. The match three portions of the game are cleverly embedded as responses to clues about the story line, but hints are available if you get stuck. Although I finished the game in just a couple of days, I really enjoyed it! Hoping to see another like this from the developer.

Roads of Rome

Reminiscent of My Kingdom for the Princess

I very much enjoyed this game! If you are a fan of time management, particularly of games like "My Kingdom for the Princess", you'll like this one too.

I didn't find the game to have any bugs whatsoever, so perhaps it depends on the OS you are using (10.6 for me).

I recommend this and hope to see a sequel someday soon.

Tropical Farm
 –

Simplistic

It's not bad, it runs decently. It's very simple to play and frankly, I was bored before the demo was finished. Probably great for a pre-teen, so if you are in the market for a game for your child, this could be a good one.

Coconut Queen
 –

Potentially fun but ruined by constant crashing

I do like the premise of this game, its a fun time management type game with some quirky humor as well. However, I will probably not be able to continue playing as it freeze/crashes constantly. There is one level (volcano) where I'm at the final "chapter" but can't complete it as it crashes at that point every time.

I'd like to recommend this game, but based on how buggy it is I really can't. Go get My Kingdom for the Princess, Royal Envoy or the Delicious series if you want something fun and RELIABLE. This isn't it.

Ranch Rush 2
 –

Fun, but too short!

Just as good as the original, but I beat it too quickly on the easy mode. Very entertaining and engaging, whether you are a whiz at time management or a novice. I'd have liked to see a few more levels, but still worth my money. I'll be looking for RR 3.

Monarch: The Butterfly King

Well done and engaging!

There are some delightful twists to the matches in this game that have kept me engaged over time. The levels are hard enough to offer some challenge without being so impossible that one loses interest. I strongly recommend this game if you are a fan of this genre.

Heroes of Kalevala

Cute but short

I purchased this game and I did enjoy it, but I felt that I won it too quickly. Some of the levels did give a measure of challenge and the game ran smoothly. I wish it would have lasted a bit longer!

My Kingdom for the Princess II
 –

Even better than MKftP the original!

I've just finished My Kindom for the Princess II and I am sorry to see it end. The levels were excellent, the game held my attention very well and took me quite awhile to complete. I felt like the developers managed to make an even better game this time than they did the first time, and I really hope there will be a third one in this series.

If you enjoy time management and want something a little different, this is the game for you.

Mary Kay Andrews: The Fixer Upper
 –

Ends strangely

This game is not particularly difficult but I found it to be engaging and fun, though very short. If the game had had a longer "second half" I think I would be able to rate it at 4 stars. However, there is no real satisfying conclusion to it, you don't get to see the rooms you've finished once you leave the area of play, you never find out what happens to most of the characters....I would encourage the developers to take this very fine start and really work on the ending!

Megaplex Madness - Now Playing
 –

Engaging but very laggy

While I did purchase the game and have enjoyed it for the most part, it is slow to load, becoming worse as the levels advance. Even on my nearly new macbook pro the game lags so badly that I can't finish the final levels. Other than having to wait constantly while the game runs in slow-motion, this is a clever time-management game that I would have rated a star or two higher.

My Kingdom for the Princess
 –

Thoroughly enjoyable

This neat little time management game is not only somewhat challenging but also always amusing simply to watch. I had great fun playing and some levels were difficult enough to require me to attempt them multiple times. I look forward to future games from Nevosoft in this vein.
