Coconut Queen
 –

Coconut Queen so much fun-Till it starts Crashing repeatedly!

I downloaded the Cocunut Queen demo months ago, and then thought it was too silly.

Finally go into it, and I *love* it. It is pretty and witty and very much in the vein of Be Rich and Be Richer, but much more fun.

Then it started crashing. I see from other reviews that the problem is *not* my computer, a MacBook Pro w. 4GB RAM.

To bad. I love it and had hoped for a sequel. The publisher should at least make good and fix this version!

The Tiny Bang Story
 –

If Only More Games Were LIke This

The Tiny Bang Story is so charming. So beautiful. I love it! I hope there will be more games by this group and that they will be equally delightful.

Journalist Journey: The Eye of Odin
 –

Interesting. Fun. Pretty. Wish it had been longer.

I like HO games with a plot and some neat puzzles thrown in. I waited awhile to review this because it was my first HO game. But it remains a favorite. It was smart with nice art, a purpose to finding the hidden stuff, a good plot based on Norse mythology. An all around good deal!

3 Days: Zoo Mystery
 –

Fun. Just fun.

I enjoyed this game. It has a lot of variety, from finding the parts and building a weird sci-fi contraption that you then use throughout the game to tracking down kidnapped animals. Interesting, sometimes challenging, always upbeat. Pretty, too.

The Lost Cases of Sherlock Holmes 2
 –

Lots of Fun, Short Mysteries in One Game

I like that you get lots of fun, short mysteries, so there is a lot of variety, and you can pick up this game and solve one mystery, and then quit for awhile. Fun and interesting. Lots of variety of stories and characters.

Sunset Studio Love on the High Seas
 –

Pretty art, annoying music, annoying characters

After the high standards of the Little Shop series, I had high hopes for this game. I love the art deco, old-movie atmosphere, but this was still a bit disappointing. Very annoying music! Annoying characters, and no real plot (though it claimed to have one). Nice but not up to Little Shop standards, IMO.

Little Shop - Big City
 –

I love the Little Shop series

I have Little Shop, Little Shop Big City and Little Shop Road Trip. I love them all!

This is a great, cheerful game with good-looking art and a sense of fun.

Magic Academy 2

Won't run on MacBook Pro w. 4 GB RAM!

This game looks like it might be fun. Lucky for me I downloaded a demo before buying. This *will not run* on my MacBook Pro w. 4 GB RAM, running Leopard. It crashes before opening. Beware!

Not Crazy About the Art

I *love* fractals, so I should like this game, but I really do not care for the monocrome art. I'm downloading the demo, though, to see for sure. I often buy games for the art, so...we'll see.

Pure Hidden
 –

Gorgeous and Relaxing!

This game is visually beautiful and relaxing to play. It has interesting puzzles yet the game play is soothing.

Osmos
 –

Beautiful, Soothing, Challenging

Osmos is wonderful. Parts of it area easy and soothing. Other parts are challenging.

It is visually beautiful and would make a great screensaver.

And the music is *lovely*. So soothing. It would be a great, soothing background for life.

I can easily imagine a huge, wall-mounted flat-screen TV running random Osmos scenes with the gorgeous background music continuously.

Did I mention it is devilishly fun to play?

Gardenscapes

Sweet Game. Pretty Art

This is a relaxing game if you ignore the contest. I wish I had taken it more slowly *and* that there was more of it. Needs more rooms. Still as HO games go, it is simple and beautiful.

Mirror Mysteries
 –

Lost All Progress When Activated

I played the demo and liked this game enough to buy it, but when I activated it after purchase all progress was lost. I do not like it enough to start over and solve all those levels again (one of my pet peeves about games). This game is patchy anyway-looks like different people drew the different parts-and not in a good way. I would have finished it-but I am *not* going to start over.

The Tarot's Misfortune
 –

Beautiful and Haunting

I loved this game, but I'm giving it only four stars because of the way it ended and the fact that there seems to be no replay action. For the price, it is beautiful, engaging, and a little bit different from the usual. I am very glad I bought it. Just wish it lasted longer.

Burger Shop 2
 –

Silly, Fun, Addictive!

This game is colorful, humorous, good-hearted fun. It is fast-paced, not as mindless as it sounds, and very addictive. There is strategy to it, and it gets more and more challenging. One of my favorites!

Cool, wacky art. Fun, challenging, and amusing.

This game is really fun. I love the intricate, wacky art and the sense of humor of the game creators. Very light-hearted and very well done,

A Vampire Romance - Paris Stories
 –

It is beautiful art. But I feel that I'm just not getting it.

It is beautiful. I love the art. But I feel that I'm just not getting it. The hidden objects are easy to find. The Metro not so easy to navigate sometimes. But lots of times I'm just left wondering what to do next. Not sure I will ever finish this one even though there is a lot I like about it it.
