Estates is a great addition, it adds something you can do outside of wars. And adds extra realisme. Native policies is great as well, adds more realisme to the colonization game. The diplomatic feedback there allows you to decide what you want to get out of a war is nice, but the ai haven't granted me it in the only war i have played with it.
Tldr: Great dlc, and a must have but not at full price.
