Amazing dlc. one of the must haves. even if it is the newest dlc, with this addon I feel like this content has been there since the beginning.

Well it is not the best dlc, or the more essential. but it is always fun to add more content and functionalities to this game.

This dlc basically adds a building, and some cim's events. And just that. Not even a traffic event i.e. Not really worth the 7€ real prize. This probably should have been a free add-on...
