Very, very good
An enjoyable take on a Civilization style game. There is definitely room for both in any fan's library. Combat is more complicated than Civilization. I'm still not sure I have figured it out.

– Almost essential DLCSo many things in the vanilla version make no sense, this DLC addresses many of them. Definitely makes the game more fun and more straight forward. Buy on sale if you don't play EU IV very often. If you are a regular player, you should already have it. by mcdermg2, Ireland - Mar 24th 2020

– Good addition to the base gameOne of the better DLCs for the vanilla version, IMHO. Some nice additions to game play, especially starting in 769 A.D. - I play most of my games starting in this year. The Charlemagne story is interesting to play too. Definitely one to buy on sale. by mcdermg2, Ireland - Mar 21st 2020

– Good DLC additionFor me, the addition of the ability of your Council to vote on changes to realm laws is a great addition. It makes you keep an eye on who you have in your council, watching for changes in their opinion of you, and who withing the council is trying to influence the other members. If you don't have this one, consider getting it! by mcdermg2, Ireland - Mar 21st 2020

– Arcade version on ATCIt's not a game that I would spend more than 30 minutes playing at any one time. Enjoyable for what it is. by mcdermg2, Ireland - Mar 21st 2020
