I own this on Mac, and now iPad and iPhone as well. This game is a shoot-em-up romp through space, killing everything in your path; it is not to be missed and everyone should pick it up!
Man this game is pretty fun, it's not as well laid out as Doom however. It's a good shooter that any Mac should run with quite some speed, and has earned a well deserved place in my gaming roster.
Ok this game is Doom, but it's not D00M....It's a decent action shooter, but it tries to be a "horror" game at the same time, which at the time worked quite well, but now is very dated. It's still a solid 4* game, and it has a BFG edition if you have parallels...but this will always be my guilty pleasure version of Doom.
Love it or hate it, you can't deny that it has some charm, even the Soul Cube makes a cameo in D00M 2k16
I didn't really like this game, I'm not sure why... It has great art, a nice atmosphere, and the whole game comes together quite nicely, and I have nothing bad to say about it, but it's not my cup of tea.
KOToR is one of the GREATEST games ever made, I have played it long ago on PC as well as again today, it's still one of the best games I've played in a long time.
So this game is basically diablo in a different skin. It plays similar, and the town music is obviously inspired by Diablo. This is what diablo 3 should have been.
This game does not stand out very much from other space sims. The first thing to mind is "Elite" of which although technically more impressive, IMHO plays slower than, it's a great game though and there is a story, though you may not notice it for the longest tiime. Graphics are good for the time, and I think it's aged just fine, has that whole....StarFox SNES feel in terms of gfx. Pick this game up, especially if it goes on sale.
Ok, so this game RIGHT HERE? This is awesome, plenty of space to move, plenty of shapes to shoot; The boss mode is fun, the drones are cool, and it is better in EVERY SINGLE WAY than Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved ever was. Now If I could find a MP match that'd be nice, but hey, it's a great game. And plays SUPER smooth on my rMBP, the keyboard controls are a blast! no mouse even required!
Do yourselves a favor, buy this on sale, but hell even if it's not on sale it's worth the money...such a great game
Ok, I bought this on on GOG waaay before I got a macbook, However it's going to play exactly the same. This game has you looking for whomever stole the sacred orb, you play as a fox named Riff, and it's GORGEOUS...anyone who hasn't played this game simply must pick it up!
It's smooth, captivating, and the story is well planned.
