This isn't a DLC. Again, due to crazy trend of modern days, expansions, add-ons and add-ins are mislabeled as DLC. This is an actual expansion for the game and probably one of the meatiest from the bunch. Adds a lot of new gameplay mechanics, changes the world, allows you to play a lot of new nations and improves the existing gameplay.

Definitely something to grab if you own CKII

Cosmetic DLC, not exactly mandatory, but still nice to have if you are a completionist. It does provide a better value than some other cosmetic DLC's from CKII, so you might as well get it (especially if you can grab it on a sale)
