While the update itself is pretty great with actual diseases added to simulate more of the medieval period there is much to be wished for when it comes to legends. I see great potential for the dlc to evolve if paradox puts down the time to finish the dlc but at this price point I cant recommend users to buy it.
The new mission trees add a lot of flavour for the countries in question. If you are planning on playing these nations I highly recommend you getting this dlc. However as such you can wait to get this dlc until you actually need it.
While i understand there are those that really love making small adjustments I have not yet reached the point where I customize my own train stations to that degree. Recommended for experts
Victoria 3 fills a niche within grand strategy games not filled by other strategy games. The focus on the economy is a great start for the game and I am hopeful with future expansions and update the game will become more complex. As of right now most countries feel the same and there is no "flavour" to playing any country except a few journals, as such the game is less enjoyable to repeatable play. The tools included in the game though is a great start to what might become a more expansive game. I would say this game isn't 100% finished yet but you can expect at least 50 hours into the game. Hopefully paradox will not repeat the slow progress in CK3 and will actually update more often. I like that the game also puts more focus on macro rather than micro as you will experience wars to be less meta-focused
This mod adds no new features or gameplay mechanics, it's basically a paid mod in my eyes as the features in it is just some events. I would expect the event to have in depth event chains but have yet to experience much of it. This should just have been included in another expansion but if you get this dlc in a collection its okay (I would say worth 1-2€)
Buy if you plan to play any of the included nations
The main focus of this dlc is mission trees and flavour. I would say to wait to buy it until you want to play in the region. Otherwise you wont really notice it. Best to wait for a big sale and first do the other flavour packs before going to this one. but the trees feel very nice and expansive
This content add some more fun if you wanna play in africa but the things arent as needed as previous immersion packs that have given good units. Treat it as like 1-2 unique games
If you are new I suggest not to start with the dlcs but after gaining experience or being interested in micro managing more for realism or whatever get this dlc. The tank and suppy line designing process can be satisfying playing as big nations.
With the trees three more countries actually become playable but all three of them still feel very lack luster to play. especially the turkish tree. I'd advise to buy on a sale if you already completed most other trees but this dlc takes less priority than other dlcs
Nemesis adds some fun diplomacy but for the standard price I'd say its not the best stellaris dlc. Most of the times when you reach the features of nemesis its often quite late game.
Nice to have more options for bridges and piers but it doesn't change anything radically. I do however think its worth like 3€ or something based on the content added.
Enclaves are okay but not really story-rich and usually just gives you bonuses without any feelings behind it. The Guardians could be more expanded and the war in heaven is rarely noticed.
Paradox has promised to add new features to humanoid but right now the humanoid is the most lackluster of the species pack with adding no new gameplay experience.
Completely surpasses Imperator rome and Stellaris launch in the quality of the product. The game was also made ethically without crunch time and while it lacks A LOT of content from ck2 it makes it up for with the new mechanics (Specifically within religions and courts) as well as the stunning graphics. Royal edition might be worth it if you're a long time fan

I'd recommend the normal edition if you're not a die hard fan and 1. dont care about clothes and appearences 2. willing to wait for future expansion packs to drop in price.
