The learning curve, as with most paradox games, is steep. But if your willing to put the effort in it is one of the most rewarding game experiences on the market.

Expensive

The DLC is expensive for what it offers. Attaining new traits, options, and a time period, which in the end feel like they should've been offered in the base game is not gratifying for the price paid.
