Atmospheric

It's worth it alone for the day/night cycle, which makes your city more atmospheric and alive. That it adds things like tourism is a nice bonus.

Tales of Monkey Island Complete Pack

Different, but still good

It differs somewhat from the original first two games of the series, but it's still Monkey Island after all, with all the fun and pirates and Caribbean-ness it entails. It's always nice to have Guybrush Threepwood go on new adventures.

If you like BioShock Infinite, then I see no reason why you shouldn't get this as well, especially for the Burial at Sea episodes.

A great start for when you bought the base game

Similar to the DLC pack for Crusader Kings II, this is also a great start to expand your game and start your DLC collection after having purchased the base game. Especially if you buy it on sale.

Tales from the Borderlands (Telltale Key)

Telltale at its best

Great humour, fantastic graphics (if you like the Telltale style) and some of the best music I've ever heard in a game. Whether you played other Borderlands titles before or not, I strongly recommend it. :)
