Good starter pack

The amount of DLC may be off the charts nowadays but this is a good starting point and it's playable as is. Art of War DLC is worth a look though.

It's okay.

Not really needed. A new ship style is nice and all but it's purely cosmetic. Get it on a sale if you need some more diversity in your universe.
