Stellaris: MegaCorp
 –

Thematic, But Lacking

Very thematic, but boils down mostly to being able to build on other people's planets.

Stellaris: Necroids Species Pack
 –

Good If You Like The Aesthetic

Necrophage as an Origin isn't the best, but it is very thematic; rather than expand via colony ships, you can invade primitives and conquer them with armies and convert their pops into your own. Also, you get portraits, of course.

Cities: Skylines - Campus
 –

How About That Local Sports Team?

Building off of the soccer mechanics, the sports events inject yet more life into your city. Also I guess there's colleges for education too, but sportsball is clearly more important!

Stellaris: Federations
 –

Perfect for the diplomacy fan.

If you actually want to work alongside other species instead of bulldozing them, this adds a lot of nuance to the Federation system.

Cities: Skylines - Industries
 –

Much Needed Depth

No longer can you simply place roads and zone industry, the addition of some logistics beyond import and export is much needed if you're looking for more game than model builder.

Cities: Skylines - Parklife

Spruce Things Up

Concrete jungles have an appeal all their own, but being able to really bring some life to the green spaces in a city is far more rewarding.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited

Has The Elder Scrolls Feel

It's the closest we've got to a co-op TES game right now.

Cities: Skylines - Mass Transit

Great Additions

One of the more vital DLC for Cities, giving you a plethora of public transport options.

Cities: Skylines - After Dark

Bring Your City To Life

The ability to specialize your commercial zones helps diversify your city, adding an extra layer of grit to a game that could use more.

Promising, With Few Flaws

There's a few bugs at present; combat computers for ships, particularly the aggressive ones, are not properly buffing the ship they're equipped on, and one particular end-game crisis has a sound effect that likes to loop indefinitely.

However, these are only two glaring bugs that remain, as a number of others have been patched. Now the game is a rather nice bundle of fun, though it is a bit lacking in some areas - these will likely be fleshed out with DLC.
