With Mount and Blade Bannerlord coming soon, I figured to give Warband a shot beforehand as I hadn't played in years. Bought the game again to see that it is still as glorious as I remember. Graphics haven't aged as well, however this is a game where the amount of content heavily compensates for the visuals. Good buy.
As a person who has bought all EU4 DLC's, I can say that Mandate of Heaven is worth it on sale. It is not that worth it unless you desire to play anywhere in Asia as it adds a new level of dynamic strategy with the Tributary system. A sure buy on sale, but consider where you want to play if picking it up for the base price.
One of the better DLC's as of recently for EU4 with the addition of Islamic schools making Muslim nations far more dynamic and interesting to play. Middle East feels so much more fun to play with CoC. Unless you don't plan to play as a Muslim nation, a sure buy.
Great game. Very historically accurate and the attention to detail is amazing. That being said, it can be very micro-managey and a few hours will need to be set aside to learn the game.
Not the most exciting EUIV DLC. Definitely purchase when on sale, but otherwise only buy it if you feel the features are a compliment to your play style.
Although my opinion on the EUIV "immersion packs" is a bit iffy, Third Rome is nonetheless a good DLC. Makes playing as Russia + Orthodox nations (like Byzantium) fun again. Purchase when on sale.
Stellaris is a very in depth and thorough strategy game that is engaging and interesting, whilst also being easy to pick up and is very noob-friendly. If you enjoy any of Paradox Interactive's other strategy games, I highly recommend Stellaris! (:
