Pillage and conquer as a nomad

Makes nomadic tribes playable with their own unique mechanics. Good for players who players who like to loot and conquer, but maybe a bit overpowered. Would recommend nevertheless.

Cities: Skylines - Snowfall
 –

Winter wonderland

The main attraction, visually at least, is the snow theme that gives your cities a beautiful wintry touch. That is in addition to the other weather that the patch that was released alongside this DLC included. The other buildings and game mechanics from the Snowfall DLC further deepen the experience, adding fun and realistic gameplay elements, e.g., heating, roads that need to be cleared, and trams.

Story over gameplay

If you are looking for a point-and-click adventure, or anything with a lot of gameplay really, this might not be for you. It's first and foremost telling a story in the veins of Twin Peaks. If you like films and games, then this could be a perfect crossover for you.

Tyranny - Tales from the Tiers
 –

Random encounters

The main addition, to me personally at least, are random encounters for your travels through the world of Tyranny. Those both help or hinder you in your efforts, and further establish the interesting lore. Some new items are also added, so if you're all about the loot, that might be your favourite part.

Tyranny - Bastard's Wound
 –

Well-integrated

A well-integrated, but also kind of minor, addition to Tyranny. The companion quests (for the companions from the base game) are possibly the best about it, but the new area is great to have as well.

Airport Madness: World Edition
 –

Simplistic but enjoyable

The gameplay is pretty simplistic, but it can still be enjoyable. The top-down graphics have a cartoonish, yet realistic map look; to me, they are the best part of the game.

Tropico 5 – Complete Collection
 –

Everything an island dictator needs

This complete package will give you everything you need to enjoy being an island dictator. The graphics have the right mix of cartoonish and realism, and the atmosphere is beautifully tropical. You can play it in a kind of story mode or as a sandbox. The multiplayer is somewhat limited but at least there is some form of it included.

Borderlands 2 Complete Edition
 –

It's actually complete

As opposed to the Game of the Year edition, which is also available, this version here includes all of the DLC, so if you're interested in DLC for Borderlands 2 at all, it's the version to get.

Borderlands 2: Game of the Year Edition
 –

Some DLC is missing

Although one might expect everything to be included in a Game of the Year Edition, this one is missing a couple of DLCs, namely the headhunter packs and the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2. Those are smaller compared to those that are included, but it still might be something to consider.

Borderlands 2: Wattle Gobbler
 –

Holiday special

It can obviously be played any time of the year, but since you're basically fighting a giant turkey, doing this DLC around the Christmas or Thanksgiving holidays gives it an extra dose of fun.

Borderlands 2: Mercenary Day
 –

Jolly good

Winter and Holiday themed, it's perfect for when you either are in that time of the year or are longing for it to arrive.

Borderlands 2: Wedding Day Massacre
 –

Love is in the air

Possibly one of the shorter headhunter DLCs, in addition to being self-contained, it acts as a prelude to a story in the main game, which adds extra value in my opinion.

Borderlands 2: Sir Hammerlock vs. the Son of Crawmerax
 –

Tropical climate

It's a short-ish Borderlands-y summertime trip, with the good things such a vacation has (beautiful water and climate) and the occasional thing that might annoy you, especially if you're entomophobic (enemies that are bug-like).
