Extremely good shooter comes to Mac

This is a excellent shooter. If you remember Deluxe Galaga for the Amiga this is a direct descendant, it is just "renamed" :-) Highly recommended in every aspect :-)

Tales of Monkey Island Complete Pack

A very good game

Despite some minor game bugs the game is worth the money it costs as it offers a lot of fun. It's a very original game and it offers an unique perspective in click-adventures, that of Guybrush Threepwood and company.

The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom
 –

Great Game!

I purchased the game 3 days ago and have played 6 maps so far. It is awesome! This is the first version of The Settlers I buy, but as a strategy games lover I can say this is a great choice if you want have a good economy, army and technology mix.

About the DRM not a problem at all. I read a lot of reviews that complain about it, however I haven't had any problems so far. It's true... you can't play while you're offline and it could be much better without the DRM. But if you have access to any Internet connection you'll be just fine, mine is DSL and works good.

The game itself is great! don't hesitate to buy it!

Amusing and different

If you like a game with many "spot the differences", you will like this. Too many for me, but I did enjoy the underwater theme, and goofy story.

The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom

Great game... when it works, which is where the problem comes in. For the first week I couldn't play it all, it simply would not connect to the server, and without a constant internet connection... TO THE SERVER, the game will simply exit. That issue appeared to have cleared its-self up, now after playing 4 levels of the campaign, all I get is a message saying Server Error: Failed to load Map - the game then has to be force quit as all that is available is a black screen and a cursor. When it does work, it is amazing. Great graphics, good sound, classic Settlers play with lots of options. HOWEVER, as it doesn't work for single player campaign anywhere close to reliably (it has been 5 days now and I still get the Map Failed to load and black screen of death... I will have to say give this one a miss until UBISoft works out some of it's server issues. When it does, then go for it you won't be disappointed, until then, give this one a miss. You will only end up being frustrated and feeling ripped off at not being able to play the game you payed for.

This is a game that will make your brain happy! The peaceful, gentle music, lovely atmosphere and the challenge of these puzzles make time pass unnoticed. Well worth your time and money.

original and fun

nice challenging puzzles, nice graphics and pleasant guiding through the game.

Not too easy but help when you really need it. A bit too expensive though, but i'm not sorry buying it.

Fishdom - Frosty Splash
 –

just clean fun

I coulnd't stop playing this game. I agree that it is a pity the backgrounds on the aquariums don't change.

But it is just a lot of fun, well, I just really like aquariums I guess. And the fishies are so cute.

Fun!

I enjoyed this game so much. Took me quit some time to finish it. Then played it once more. I don't often do that with these kind of games. Worth every dollar.

A Vampire Story
 –

yawn

I had no patience to finish this game. it looks nice and has a lot of humor, but the system to play it is terrible.

I resent that I coulnd't try out this game (no demo version) and paid way too many $$ while I don't even like it anough to finish it. grmbl.

Dream Pinball 3D Classic

Dream Pinball 3d

I agree with the other reviews on this game. It doesn't run at all on my macbook and there is no explanation why. I was able to get it to run on my Imac but it is bulky and I was acutely aware that this was not the best pinball game available for macs. Don't waste your money on it.
