Fun, but very short

This was fun - I liked how you had to use the items uncovered in the HO sections to get through the rooms.

That said, it was a little too easy for my liking, and it only took me about 2.5 hours to solve. Plus, there were a number of characters who were introduced via the journal but who never had any bearing on the game play - the writers could have fleshed out those characters more or omitted them altogether.

Luckily, the price was right!

Save your money

I was disappointed. There is no coherence to the narrative. The hidden object scenes were ok but there are repeating puzzles that become monotonous and annoying. It's difficult to follow the progress of the game. I keep trying to finish it but get bored quickly. I am trying to console myself that I got this one for free when I bought 3 at one time.

Emerald City Confidential

Not so good...

I was intrigued by the story (dark side of Oz) but didn't enjoy this one. Too many visual glitches (Mac 10.6) and unintuitive game play.

Good game for puzzle fans

This game is all about the puzzles. The story line and cartoon graphics are fun. Put on your thinking caps and help Nelson Tethers - Puzzle Agent.

Mishap: An Accidental Haunting

Great Game

Slightly different take on a hidden object game. Light hearted fun with great graphics. Good music and unique, challenging mini-games. Very enjoyable.

Excellent!

I usually don't play too many hidden object games but this one is stellar. Good graphics, storyline, etc. Well worth a look if you're into those type of games.

My Kingdom for the Princess II

Even better than MKftP the original!

I've just finished My Kindom for the Princess II and I am sorry to see it end. The levels were excellent, the game held my attention very well and took me quite awhile to complete. I felt like the developers managed to make an even better game this time than they did the first time, and I really hope there will be a third one in this series.

If you enjoy time management and want something a little different, this is the game for you.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent

Dreary

This is far from a bright cheery game. It seems like it might be fun to play if I could only comprehend what to do. I ran the demo until I got used to the controls and was asked to pay for the game. I still do not comprehend it at all.

Blitzkrieg
 –

Good game hurt by performance glitches

Worst one is that I can only get it to run in windowed mode. Fullscreen mode results in a black screen with sound running in the background. Seems like a good RTS game but this and other glitches make it very hard to enjoy. I'm very sorry that I spent $39.95 here - definitely not worth it until the screen issue and others are fixed.
