Very Disappointed!

A game with great visuals and concept, but ultimately just plain frustrating. If I could return it for another game I would! Of the 10 games I've purchased this year - - I'd rate this as last on my list.

Everyone should get it

This game was great and entertaining. If you want a way to spend a day then this is how it should be spent.

The only downfall was that it only gives you an hour of free play.

Agatha Christie: Peril at End House

Best hidden objects game so far

Some rooms are deceptively difficult; special effects (steaming tea, running mice, twittering and flying birds) are terrific; story line and clues lead to logical conclusion; and continues to baffle if you have to go back and do an investigation over. Next to Azada, this is the best. Noticed all the credits are Russian or Slavic...hats off to all.

I really enjoyed it - it could be longer

I marked the graphics down a star because when in full screen the game didn't always size the graphics to the display correctly. It would display have part of the graphics off the bottom of the screen. If you turn off full screen and then go back to full screen then you see all of the graphics. I was disappointed when I had completed it. I did go back and play through it again since each time through the seek and find is different.

Fun!

I do have an intel processor, so I actually didn't encounter any of the technical glitches that the other reviewers had. The game is fun and mindless with great arcade-style action...like a somewhat easier Sonic the Hedgehog. Except it's a cow :) . The dialogue is pretty corny, but I actually really really enjoyed the game experience. A very nice and fun diversion. I don't have the best eye-hand coordination, so this game may be a bit easy for some people, but still very entertaining!

Where's the Bullet?

Game is beautiful looking, with great sound & graphics, but even with the hints, I can't find the bullet at the beginning of the game. All I see are two peppers. Is it possible the bullet is below the screen?

Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood

Great fun game

This was really fun, not hard to learn the action plays. 3 levels of play, easy normal and hard. Lots of adventures to go on and things can change as you choose what to do in each scenario. Enjoyable game. If you want fun and game time without much hassle, this is great. The only thing I would change is the scenes in the woods where the men attack solders or the tax collector. Those scenes are pretty much all the same. That part gets a bit boring, but still fun. I have not tried the next two difficulty levels yet. I thought I would start out on the easy and still I had to replay challenges. Use the quick actions, they help a lot. Tally ho and onward Robin Hood fans!

Airport Mania
 –

It's addictive

Let's face it, the planes are cute. Great tutorial that will teach almost the youngest of players how to play. Fun for adults too-I'm addicted. I bore easily with the simpler games, but this game is deceptively simple and it's quite relaxing bringing in cartoon planes to land, gassing them up, and sending them on their way again. Great way to relax after a tough day.

Democracy

Not terrible, but not worth the price

This game was fun at first and seemed quite deep, with many countries to control, many political problems to fix, and many ways to fix those problems. However, after an hour or two, it became very repetitive and not at all flexible. The countries are all basically the same with the same problems, albeit at different levels of severity. The solutions also become the same. Once you find the right combination of actions to take, you can use that combination on any scenario.

It could be a great game if there were greater differences between countries, and if it were actually possible to achieve success with different combinations of political policies. It's like there is only one way to win, and once you have found it, winning is just a matter of implementing those policies. Sure, there are various difficulty levels, but all they do is make it harder and more annoying for you to do what has worked in the easier levels.

Graphics and Sound
There basically are no graphics or sound. It's not really a graphics based game, and the background music is pretty dull, though not unpleasant. If the rest of the game were deeper and had more variety, you wouldn't need them. In fact, the game was thoroughly enjoyable for the first hour or so.

Bottom Line
Download the demo only, wait for a lower price, or wait for an improved version.

Monopoly Classic
 –

Classic Monopoly at its Best

This is exactly the game you remember playing as a kid. The gameplay is very simple, and takes no time to learn. Being on the computer, you don't have to worry about counting paper money or accidentally kicking the board and upsetting everything. You can also save and come back later. The graphics are simple and pleasing, as is the background music. All your favorite pieces are available to use, and you can play using normal rules or customized rules. This makes it more fun to play over and over again.

It is still just a board game, which gets old eventually as all "bored" games do, and this prevents the game from earning the highest marks. It is totally solid though. It is a great game to keep on your computer and pull out from time to time when you have nothing better to do. I recommend it for anyone who likes Monopoly.

Glitches
I experienced one freeze and one problem with trading properties while playing it for several hours. These glitches were very minor and barely worth mentioning, and I have had many glitch free games. Just save your game from time to time and you won't notice them, if they happen at all.
