The graphics alone make this a winner, but the storyline-traveling around the world and solving scrabble puzzles as you move along- is so much fun. The boards are each different and challenging, and your score can dramatically improve or fall each time you play each one. It can rain or snow during the game, and you can watch such things as sheep walk their fields, camels or cattle graze, or see falling leaves. There are special squares that can boost your score way up and a helpful traveling companion who will give you a hint if you need one. I've learned so many new words (actually learned them) from playing this game so I'm a better Scrabble and crossword player in real life. I have every word game on the market and this is far and away the best. I very highly recommend it.

About a 7 out of 10
Nothing about this game thrilled or blew me away but at the same time I found it good enough to finish. The best things I can say about the game are the hint system which is the most unique part of the game and the inventory based puzzles. The grahics are better than the first Hidden Mysteries game: Civil War , so if you liked that you will be sure to like this one. The hidden objects had nothing to do with the story or theme and there wasn't much depth to the story. It was a decent hidden object game but nothing great!

I Love this Game
Yes, it's simple to learn and easy to play. The game gets more difficult as it goes along but is still pretty easy to beat. What I love are the wonderful graphics and little challenges as the game progresses. It's such a fun, upbeat game and a very nice way to pass the time. It's the first timed game I've ever enjoyed. I make it more challenging by requiring the letters touch each other when spelling words. I'm very glad I bought it.

Fun
This game is way more challenging than I expected, its really a lot of fun for those few minuet intervals where you want to wast some time.
My only gripe is that you can't play it in windowed mode, this is a pain for a game with pre-rendered graphics where the bigger your screen the more pixelated it looks. At 30 inches this game looks absolutely terrible.

Simple. Elegant. Beautiful.
I found this game to be one of those "easy to pick up, difficut to master." Everything is simple to understand, the world is presented with crisp colors and style, the interface is simple, and the units are not complicated pieces with a myriad of selectable skills. In a word, I think this game is elegant.
It satisfies the RTS player in me, but also works when I'm not in the mood for something complicated and twitchy.

Pleasant Suprise
I really have enjoyed this game. I was not expecting much but have been really immersed into the storyline. Plays off the forgotten memory angle nicely. Graphics are alright but the game play is fun. Nothing super complex yet not to simple either. Look forward to seeing what is to come from Basillick.

Dissapointment
This game could have had so much more potential, in my opinion. I liked the opening to the game a lot and thought the storybook-like style was charming, however the gameplay and mind-numbing repetition led to its downfall.
The only reason I gave this two stars was because of its potential and opening cinematic.
I understand that Tricky Software was going for the "retro game" style. However, for a 3D game, only being able to go forwards and backwards is almost painful when so many different possibilities are available.
By looking at the screenshots, I thought this would be nice game to play with decent graphics (which aren't even an issue here considering the sloppy gameplay), however it was not even a shadow of what my expectations were.

Good, simple fun
Allright, so the graphics aren't that great. But if you are getting this game for the graphics, you are getting it for the wrong reason. The thing that makes this game so good is the core gameplay. It is just fun to play a round of minigolf, especially if you have friends over.
I highly recommend this game, it is clean, simple fun, and it is a great time-waster.

Laundry Threadmill
This game is all about the laundry machine. Keep that thing running nonstop and you get the fastest possible times. Clean up other things while the machine is busy and postpone cleaning up repeating messes until the end. That's all the strategy there is. Incidentally, that means some "perfect time" targets are impossible to achieve because you cannot speed up the laundry cycle.
It's funny looking, but low-res and the (first) nanny appears the be cross-eyes in the art. The stereotypical mess the family makes is fun to see, but overall this game get boring real fast. I guess playing the demo for five minutes shows all gameplay it offers: it's a threadmill.
