The Sims 3

it is a great casual game to play whenever you are bored but i would recommend that you find a different game to invest your time in. The game is very much the same as any other Sims game, with the option of going/walking around town and more free gameplay.

THIS GAME KICKS ASS!!!!

Its a real cool game when you are in a peaceful little village but then you get pranked by the raiders, and then they kill your family. You have to try and get revenge at the raiders, with a few old firends become traitors. Awesome fighting moves while using, knifes, staffs and sword. (swords kick ass the most) The graphics do let it down as the the earlyer comment says but for me, I LOVE IT! Yeah one more thing is wolfs, the are really beastly and hard so you should go through to the tortorial to learn ALL the moves because i figred out a heck of alot when i went on the totorial (Like leg cannons, Style bonus, Ninja bonus ect) . All of you guys should that like to play real advansted games like call of duty black ops or something i owuldn't recomend because that it is an older game and doesn't exactly have the best grahics. So i rated it 5 star. Hope ya like it!

The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena
 –

holy shnikes!!!

This game either had little or no reception because the first one was released in 2004 and now in 2011 we finally get a booted version. I wish I had bought it in 2004 because I feel like I missed out on a little of my childhood. I'f your buying this game for Dark Athena you'll be surely disappointed, however butcher bay is one of the best fps I have ever played. The mechanics of stealthily taking down a guard is exhilarating and the core gameplay was well thought out. Don't expect you'r average corridor shooter, many time's you'll be fighting in first person and completing tasks and jobs for the many npc's. This is the exception to vin diesels terrible acting career, I recommend this game to anybody interested in silently plunging a screwdriver into a baddies head.

Battlestations: Midway
 –

great game

I own a recent macbook pro with moderate specs and this game works flawlessly on medium settings. Its definitely not your average strategy game because they put you right in the drivers seat, wether it be a japanese zero or an american destroyer you control the movement of your units and strategize the plan of attack. One minute you'll be blasting planes out of the sky from an aa gun while the next minute you'll be leading a fleet of torpedo bombers to destroy an enemy vessel. The games most fun during these chaotic moments where u need to manage multiple units at once, its definitely a challenge. If your willing to spend 30 dollars and want a fun, responsive strategy title where instead of harvesting gold and wood your circle strafing aircraft carriers, i'd definitely recommend this game.

crazy worms

i thought this game was pretty good the weapons were ok. I mean I usually don't play games like this where you take turns against your enemies but other than a few flaws it was a awesome game.

Great!

I really good game for 42mb and low price. It most definetaly keeps you behind your mac at least for hours if not for days. I bought it after my little accident in basketball game when I broke my leg and thanks to that game I did not have to feel bored in my home.

Great Game

This is a terrific and challenging game for old and young alike.
It's unlike any other games I've tried.
I play with my 6 yr old granddaughter. We have fun trying to figure out exactly how to draw the structures. A lot of trial and error!

The Sims Medieval
 –

boring, very linear, and repetitive

not your typical sims. Gameplay consists of quests (go here, click this, go home), and it seemed to get old quickly.

Brothers in Arms: Double Time
 –

Immersive and Accurate Simulation

'Brothers-in-Arms' is an excellent simulation of WWII squad level combat. It is not really a shooter though it is listed as such here. It is really a simulation that attempts to duplicate the difficulty of actual WWII combat. Shooting is difficult. You must carefully aim and plan your offensive moves to ensure success. Unlike shooters like 'Call of Duty', this is no gore fest of constantly mowing down the Nazis. One needs to make good use of your fire teams and reconnaissance to beat almost every scenario. BIA is closest to the game 'Close Combat: First to Fight' than other generic shooters and it may be frustrating for some players who are used to video console like shooters. But if you give it a chance, you reward will be to discover what may be the most accurate WWII single player combat simulator out there. Anyone who has actually experienced real combat will recognize the reality of accurately portrayed combat here.
The scenarios are based on real events and places and the developers have kindly included a large amount of background material and photos to support the action. Be sure to look up the unlock codes on the web to see them all.
'Earned in Blood' the second included game, has better user controls than the original game 'Road to Hill 30'. Too bad that Feral didn't do a rewrite for consistency.

Rome: Total War™ - Gold Edition

good stuff

Held my attention for some time, even after finding the cheats and what have you. Just wish there was more diverse units and tactics. Other than that, it's a good game.
