I have to admit that once I saw how pretty the graphics were and how beautiful the music, I decided to buy the game just for those reasons. As it turns out, I also enjoy playing it. The hidden objects can be a challenge to find, but there is no time limit, the storyline is interesting, and with that lovely music playing in the background, it's fun to relax and take my time searching for those objects.

Dream Pinball may not work on your Mac!
I have a new MacBook, purchased January 09. It meets all of the specs Runesoft specifies to run Dream Pinball, and yet Dream Pinball will not run! Runesoft "software support" made a few cursory (and virtually useless) suggestions, but ultimately stopped answering emails. Because there is no demo version, you will be SOL if it doesn't run on your system (check out the non-refund policy)! Call me old-fashioned, but I expect a $30 download to _run_!!!

I so enjoyed this game
I can only agree with previous reviewers that this is such a fun game! The puzzles were logical and do-able, without being too simplistic. I had a real sense of accomplishment by the end of the game.
The graphics were good, the scenes believable, and the characters agreeable.
My only slight criticism was that some of the expressions/quotes used might have been a little strong for younger players, even though one quotation came straight from the Bible!

Great time-wasting game
This game is simple to play and tons of fun - I don't usually buy games where there is time pressure or fast thinking necessary (I like puzzle games with time to think), but I tried the demo, and got hooked. Well worth the money.

Barkanoid II
This game sucks. It has a lot of potential but if you are looking for a fun game I would pass on this one. You can't even continue where you left off and they make it next to impossible to clear the levels! Don't buy this bullcrap!

Excellent Side Scroller
This game shows what can be done with side scroll technology. The game is as good as any rpg, fps, mmo, adventure, strategy game out there. The puzzles are not too difficult, just takes some thinking. Remember to sing sing sing.
The battles can be tough. It takes time getting used to the mouse and you will die often. Just make sure you save often.
The music and graphics are very well done. I play on a mac mini with Intel video and the game runs smooth.
For the price, you get a lot of game here. I recommend it highly. Very addictive.

Enjoyed it once
Loaded and played the game once - looked good. Second time MacBook just ejected the DVD and haven't been able to play since. Feral were good in trying to solve but finally gave up and recommended re-installing OS.

Simplistic & boring
This game is indeed easy to learn and step in quick, as some others commented, but those are already the only two advantages of it - overall, it's just very boring, and I wonder how anybody could dare to sell such a simple game which becomes routine already after ca. 1hr, for 39 US$??? I can not recommend this software to anybody. Even doing nothing is more interesting that playing this game!

Fashion Finder Folly
I have to agree with the other review. This is nothing but advertising wrapped in "game" which isn't really one. Not only that, but I was appalled that they even had a "find the furs" area! I decided to check it out to see if it was perhaps "faux fur" but no. What a horrific turn off. Into the trash it went after that.
