Being Bad Never Felt So Good.

Sure it's a bit on the short side when it comes to the campaign, but it feels like the game developers knew what they were doing. As if to say "if we make it longer it will drag, if we make it longer we lose something." That's the only reason I can think of to have such a short and great campaign. And that is certainly not a complaint at all in fact its a peice of praise.

People it is on sale for like 50% off right now. Do yourselves a favor or two, buy this game and you wont regret it. Ripping baddies apart with demon arms and finishing them off with guns is just... oh God it's just the best.

Great dark story.

Great gameplay.

Wonderful voice acting.

A must buy

Dangerous High School Girls In Trouble
 –

Very fun, very original

Sure it doesn't have 3D life-like graphics or explosive special effects, and its gameplay can be a little off-putting for some, but this is one of the most fun and most original game I've ever played. Before long, I spent hours on this game and just couldn't bring myself to sleep before I can finish! Also it has many different endings depending on what you did in the game, and that makes some interesting scenarios in the end..

Viking Brothers

Please, Alawar! How could you?

I literally lasted 3 minutes on the Demo before exiting in disgust. Perhaps I have been utterly spoiled by the Roads of Rome and Royal Envoys series, but this imitation game of blocky graphics and uninspiring characters is far from any form of flattery!

Rage: Campaign Edition
 –

EPIC but too short!

RAGE has many moments of greatness with wonderfull set pieces but never fully delivers as the realistic post-apocaliptic Sci-fi shooter like Borderlands does. This edition desperately needs the Scorchers DLC to keep playing after the disappointing ending and a better sequel!

Prince of Persia
 –

Beautiful but repetitive

Although the comic book look and feel of the game manage to create a cool world to discover there is no real progression in the gameplay, ultimately it feels more like an app and a watered down, kids version of the original game. Even so, without the impeding danger and violence of the franchise, fighting along side the female character instead of alone will give you a few hours of fun.

Assassin's Creed 2 Deluxe Edition
 –

A truly marvelous historical recreation!

Being able to roam through Florence and Venice as a bad ass athletic thief is an awesome experience. You will go out in the street wishing you could climb buildings and jump around ledges to cross the city. The assassin's knife and other gadgets that Leonardo Da Vinci himself gives to you always keep the quest fresh. And the series script is very well written. No wonder they are making a film!

Contraption Max
 –

Well-made but not entertaining

I downloaded Contraption Max last week and have played it a couple of times this week, but though it is very well made, it is not very imaginative or entertaining. (The story is fun, but the actual gameplay is not). The one and only goal is to re-arrange pieces into conveyor belts and remove hindrances to their functioning (e.g. blocks of ice, hostile robots). This would be great as an occasional puzzle within a larger or more diverse game, but as the essence of a game it is not entertaining or interesting for very long.

Pahelika: Secret Legends HD
 –

Not as good as the sequel

This game is quite short, but like the sequel it has a good variety of puzzles at various levels of difficulty. The hint system is helpful. The story is a little corny but it doesn't matter too mcuh as the game is really about the puzzles.

The Darkness II
 –

A dark adaptation

Even without knowing the comic book you can tell they made the best to adapt it in a video game. The characters and dialogue are top notch, the main motivation of the anti-hero perfectly portrayed. You will be tearing apart mobsters with brutal pleasure and need for revenge. With beautifully created fatalities, fighting with a dark power has never been more fun, and having to avoid the light to use it makes it truly challenging at times. The times when you control your litttle demon provide a nice change of pace, and Faith no more's Mike Patton voice talent always brings an ironic twist to things. The multiplayer is truly hectic and the different powers from each character will make you feel like one of the teenage mutant ninja turtles, only cooler. The game is not long but just enough to deliver the story nicely and the multiplayer packs extra hours of fun. Let the darkness rule!

SimCity
 –

Good game but...

Ive been a huge fan of the simcity series since the original so I was reluctant to try this edition given some of the negative reviews but I finally caved and found that this is a very good game. Its probably the best city builder sim out there right now...

That being said... there are some very annoying shortcomings, mostly in comparison to previous SimCity editions;
-city maps are way too small. you can fill it in 15 minutes.
-resource concept ads a bit to the game but is painfully basic and repetative
-what happened to terraforming??
-cant customize inter-city mass transit
-buildings dont tell you how many workers or where they commute from
-bored within a week
