So short!!

I don't give this game the 5 stars because it can be played in an entire evening and I want more! I hope the second part to be released soon...

Spots of confusion

Not certain if it was me or the game, but in this third episode I found places where I was genuinely lost. I had no idea what to do next. Nothing seemed logical. Perhaps it was bouncing back and forth between two characters, but the story line seemed fractured more. Hope last episode makes up for this one. Did answer some questions, but with illogical or maybe just really unexpected (fabricated) results.

The Walking Dead
 –

A STORY!

Finally found a game company that creates an adventure game that really has a thorough story line. I loved it. And though the gamestore app said my mid 2010 Macbook Pro coulnd't play it (shy of the required 512 MB video) it could—excellently. Not a hiccup in video play ever through the whole first season.

The Walking Dead: 400 Days
 –

Prequal not equal.

I was slighly disappointed in 400 days. It seemed sewn together out of bits and pieces left over from someones storyboard. I hope it has some value to season 2, but for the price I guess I shouldn't complain too much.

Ravensburger Puzzle Vol. II
 –

Don't buy

It crashed at the puzzle of th andes and further more the menu is unpractical, window screen play is out of proportions, so the pieces show distortet and the price is way to high. I wished i read the reviews on forehand buing this game. I would recommend Jig saw galore if you're looking for a good puzzle app : there is a free version to try first.

Call of Duty 2
 –

The original game at it's best

It's hard not to sympathize with the allies pushing back the Nazis from the snowy banks of Stalingrad, the sandy deserts of Tunisia and the green towns of Normandy. Call of Duty has it's full scope here, whether you're fighting under Stalin, the brits or the US troops on D-day. The new mechanics introduced by the series like proning and shooting from cover really matter here as much as setting a rhythm to progress with your team. Try to go at it on your own and you'll most likely die before you blink. But advance in a strategic way helping the others progress through the german challenges and you'll go through WWII victorious. The world seems more open here than in the game's successors (Modern Warfare and Black Ops) as you can choose the order in which you gain the strategic points of a map and the missions are long. My only regret is that the long last Berlin fight is not present here! And the ending is a little abrupt (SPOILER: Would have been nice to pay through the last rescue mission you get to see on the ending cinematic)
