The Settlers 7 Paths to a Kingdom: Deluxe Gold Edition
 –

Graphics look good, smooth gameplay

Using a Mid-2011 27" iMac the game runs smoothly and without any issues. The gameplay is easy to get used to and the graphics very well built compares to other similar games. Highly recommended for players who enjoy the Settlers series or anyone new to the Settlers series.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent

This game will scare the living bejeesus out of you!

I watch horror movies all the time: I played through FEAR 1-3 and Dead Space without so much as a jump. So listen to me when I tell you that if you put on a pair of headphones and give this game an hour of your time you will become a paranoid, stressed out wreck.. In the good way. Runs great on my 2011 Macbook Air with graphics maxxed. Looks great and VERY scary. A must-play experience for those who want to try something different.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent

BRILLIANT!

I absolutely love this game! It's amazing! I've played it all the way through two times, and it still doesn't fail to scare me! I love how you have to actually use your head to try and solve the problems that the game presents! Everything about this game is purely amazing! Playing alone in the dark makes it even more exhilarating! There was one or two points in the game where I just had to plug in my iPod and play my "happy music," tons of fun!

The Settlers 7 Paths to a Kingdom: Deluxe Gold Edition
 –

Not very well optimized

My 2011 intel core i7 with an intel HD 3000 video card can barely get this game to budge. When you consider that this can run Modern Warfare 4 and Left for Dead 2 cranked without even breaking a sweat you have to wonder what is going on here. Hopefully they can help this in an update. As a note to game manufacturers: ALL CURRENT GEN MACS HAVE AN INTEL HD3000 VIDEO CARD. Yes, some ALSO have an AMD chipset as well but if you want to have your games relevant to the current generation of Macs you best start supporting the intel card that EVERY MAC COMES WITH.

Diaper Dash

I enjoy playing all of the "Dash" games and for $19.95 I expected a lot more then what I got with this game. While it was fun it didn't have as many options as other "Dash" games. Playing about an hour a day it took me less than a week to get through it.

Monopoly Here & Now
 –

Overall, good.

For the most part this is a great game. There are some things that annoy me, however. One: entering dollar amounts in a trade can only be done with the up and down arrows. It would be nice if one could enter a dollar amount with the keyboard. The other is that the sounds get incredibly repetitive. Mute!

The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena
 –

It's more than good...

Butcher Bay alone is worth the money. The voice acting, story, and gameplay are all top-notch. Dark Athena gets a bad rap, but it's actually decent. It doesn't match BB in innovation, but it's still fun with great action. Very worthwhile purchase.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Deluxe Edition

Would be great to play this on a Mac, BUT...

Keyboard controls are atrocious, practically unplayable. Was to too much to implement gamepad support...?

Great game - but on a Mac, for me, it was wasted money.

Zuma Deluxe
 –

This game is terrible.

At first it looks promising, and it is a lot of fun and challenging, until you realize that you'll never get anywhere. As you try to advance to the higher levels, you have to first get through a series of sub levels. Sounds normal for most games right? The catch here is that if you're, for instance, at level 6-1, and you advance all the way to 6-5, you might slip up and make a mistake on level 6-5. Now, instead of the game starting you over on THAT level, which seems fair, it takes you all the way back to level 6-1! Which means the effort you put in level 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4, means nothing! I've never played a game that rewards you so little like this. It's kind of pointless to even put forth the effort to play.

well worth the download

Interesting, thought provoking, visually pleasing, and good music/sound effects much better than the standard dross.

Batman: Arkham Asylum
 –

one for the ages

Im running arkham asylum on a mid 2009 mbp 2.53ghz 9400m and it runs pretty darn flawlessly. Supposedly my graphics card is not supported, but the game runs smoothly and there are no apparent problems. Controls are simple enough to get a grasp of, and using your mouse and keyboard for controls feels quite natural compared to a controller. i've already beaten this game on 360 a while back but felt compelled to purchase it for my mbp, trust me, its that good!
