Very solid FPS

This is very good FPS: half a dozen neurons and ten fingers are enough to play it.

- If something moves, shoot it 'cause it's a bad guy. If it's not moving...shoot it just in case it's breakable.
- Kill everything to advance to the next level.
- From time to time, kill a big (really big) boss.
- Also kill your space-bar jumping, because that'll make you run faster.

The gothic graphics are nice, the framerate is solid, and the game appears to be stable.

So far, if you think you can run this game (some people appears to have problems with it), buy it, it's relatively cheap.

PS: If you have problems, the developers are gathering feedback on the Steam forum (It may help to kill some bugs)

PPS: It's here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/214870/discussions/0/522728269370180712.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition

Excellent Stealth/Action/RPG

If you loved the underrated Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines but wish it was a more stable experience, this is the game for you! This is not just an exciting shooter but a fairly deep interactive story with lot of perks to exploration and using alternate routes to reach objectives, of which there are many. A lot of work went into going to extra mile for immersion too from social enhancements showing what personality type the NPC you're talking to is, to one upgrade allowing you to jump from any height to land on a cushion of energy. I loved the detail to the settings. On highest graphical capacity, which my non-gaming rig can run smoothly, it's a very intriguing perspective of an alternate future.

As for troubleshooting I've only had two instances of trouble which is surprisingly great for a game with this much detail and intricacy.
ONCE the game froze during a fire-fight but all it took was Option/Command/ESC to force quit the program and I never had the issue again.
Once also I managed to get myself stuck by closing a bathroom door when I was halfway through it, wedging me into a wall, but the menu still worked so I just reloaded an autosave.

Aside from that the only complaint I could possibly harbor is some hit-detection problems sometimes and repetitive dialogue, but that plauges the best of games on occasion.

If you like William Gibson's books, The Matrix, Blade Runner, conspiracy theories, the question of transhumanism, having lengthy conversations with suspect characters, either engaging in heated gun battles or sneaking and silently subduing your enemies to sucess, take the ticket and ride the ride!

The Sims 3 Start Pack

TS3 does not work well on Macs

TS3 was made for PC and works best if you use a partition. But if you don't, the game is routed through another program and creates all kinds of glitches in game play. It's a memory hog as well and you need to shut down everything else to play. It lags and crashes.

Check out the Mac users reviews on TS3 website for more info.
If you're new to playing a Sims game, I'd try S2, which doesn't have the problems S3 does. That or wait and see how S4, coming out in a few months, plays out and how it's reviews go.

Crusader Kings Complete
 –

A classical one

It is a classical game and also quite simple one compared to other paradox's game, which means you don't need much time to get started.

However, it always quit unexpectedly during the game, I don't know why...... =(

Battle Fleet
 –

A quite simple one

The turned based naval game has some good design (Weapon choosing, Fleet management, dist or angle assistance, air-strike , tactic cards etc.)

however, it is quite simple and just looks like a demo, you can only control a 'huge' fleet with at maximum 3 ships. Also, it is quite unrealistic because you can even put the heavy guns on destroyers & light cruisers, and there is no submarines in the game, which is a bit disappointing.

And I also found a bug, if you continue a previous saved battle, where you used distance-assistance, the game will be automatically set to angle-assist mode, quite annoying...(I prefer distance assistance)
