The text and direction are so elaborate that you can't help but laugh while playing. There are parts of the game that feel like errands and become sloppy during play, but the scenario is well pulled together, and after about 24 hours of play, I was able to get through the entire story without losing interest. I hope that more people will play this game as the Japanese localization progresses.

Playing different characters gives you variety all throughout the game. The humour is at times referential but includes something for everyone.
In my personal opinion, the environments have a somewhat rough look to them, but graphics are rarely the important part in a point-and-click.

I'm a huge fan of point & click games and the Book of Unwritten Tales series are truly one of the best of their genre. Recommended!
