A great game in many ways.
I have had this game for several years. I still play it, when I have the time as the challenge of finding a better strategy never wanes. My only negative is why the makers never came out with upgrades. I'm sorry more folks have not tried this game, but as one of the other reviewers learned, it is can use much memory. I have a G5 Intel Xenon with 6 GB of memory. However, when I purchased this 3 years ago, I had a standard G4 and it still worked just great since I had about over 20 GB of Ram. I don't believe this game requires massive VRAM, but other games like Quake do. If you are purchasing a new MAC get the most VRAM you can afford. I have 1024 MB in the ATI Radeon HD5870.
Above all, I suggest you give this little game a try---if you like to try out new strategies and tactics, especially on the 10 wave mode which is my favorite. - More Reviews... (5)
