Runespell: Overture is a role-playing game combining poker mechanics with power ups and collectable cards. The world is set in an alternate medieval Europe linking historical characters with Norse mythology and sagas. The player takes on the role of the Changeling, the son of a monster god, in search of his nemesis.

   Don't waste your money

   Good up to a point, then the game play is seriously flawed (plus I think the game has a few bugs). Glad it was on sale for $2.49, otherwise I would have been ticked.

   Finished the Demo

   Just finished the demo and it was one of the few games I was sad to see get cut off. I will have to buy it. Fun mix of poker hands, card stealing from opponents and rpg elements. The tutorials are all pretty easy to follow, and it is easy to re do a fight if you fail to defeat your opponent. I look forward to see where the plot of the game takes me...
