1954 Alcatraz
 –

Skippable

It's a daedalic title, which should be enough to know for most people. In itself, it's an ok game, with good voice acting, nice visuals and the usual complexity a deadalic game features. However, I feel that with all of the other great PAC games daedalic and other publishers have in their portfolio, you might just give this a pass and dedicate your time and effort to some better, funnier, more engaging alternatives than this one.

Cognition Game of the Year Edition
 –

Great idea, technically bad

The art style works, the story is engaging and the audio is at least up to par. The artsy part of the game is actually quite good and enjoyable, but on a technical level, the game feels horrible. Very slow, sluggish controls and interface. While adventure games usually are not the fastest, this one really got my skin crawling with its slow feel. I'd pass up on this because your patience will really be put to the test!

realMyst: Masterpiece Edition
 –

Outdated

As it stands, it is a clever puzzle game. But now, in the year 2017, this game has no place anymore. Set aside the technical issues on some PCs and the inability of some users to cope with them, from the visuals, to the interface it just does feel like a game from another time - which, of course, it is. Given the competition and the availability of far more than 100 other PAC games, I'd give this a pass.

Sid Meier's Civilization IV: The Complete Edition
 –

Pretty good

Besides the square grid and unit stacking, this game is probably the best Civ game.

Stellaris: Synthetic Dawn Story Pack
 –

How to make cool building a robotic empire in Stellaris

Synthetic Dawn is what you could expect from a Stellaris DLC. It's all about robots: they're now a playable species with their own features (quite distinctive), new event chains about them added and new graphics and music included. Not a revolutionary expansion but quite interesting if you want a new approach to Stellaris.

Hearts of Iron IV Review

Great game. Very historically accurate and the attention to detail is amazing. That being said, it can be very micro-managey and a few hours will need to be set aside to learn the game.

Europa Universalis IV: Rights of Man
 –

Rights of Man Review

RoM is one of the top 5 EUIV DLC's in my opinion. Features aren't lack luster as is the case with a few of the other expansions. Worth a pick up.

Europa Universalis IV: Mare Nostrum

Mare Nostrum Review

Not the most exciting EUIV DLC. Definitely purchase when on sale, but otherwise only buy it if you feel the features are a compliment to your play style.

Europa Universalis IV: Third Rome

Third Rome Review

Although my opinion on the EUIV "immersion packs" is a bit iffy, Third Rome is nonetheless a good DLC. Makes playing as Russia + Orthodox nations (like Byzantium) fun again. Purchase when on sale.

Endless Legend - Guardians DLC
 –

Great DLC, could be a bit bigger

The Guardians DLC adds to an already pretty good and finished feeling game, though I can't say the guardians themselves are mandatory or anything. Or at least when serious AI uses them, you can totally get on without them, but I suppose it depends. Which is probably a good thing, as if they were so strong you'd literally have to get them, it'd be boring. Plus there's a special anti-guardian unit and hero equipment, should you have trouble with them.

The world quests and events are really nice, though. Depending on what you're going for you can further improve your strategy, provided you are fast and or lucky enough.

If you enjoy playing Endless Legend, you should totally get this DLC - you should totally get all of them, as making something this good even better is just a nobrainer. I'd probably get it on a sale, though, since for the full price it doesn't feel like it adds enough to the game, so that's why it's 4 stars. It's a great DLC regardless of the price, though.

Kingdom: New Lands
 –

Nice pixel sidescroller, but not so much replayability past a certain point

I'm not usually into pixel art games, but I gotta say there's some magic to that style. This is a nice sidescroller, but it can - and will - get rather boring, once you pass a certain point and you just want to get the 100 day achievement.
Your survival will partly depend on how your terrain generates, though if you really want to, you can edit your save files with a text editor (though it's a mess).
I'm not sure I'd get it for full price again, but it's definitely worth the purchase on sale, as you'll spend quite a few hours exploring the game and it really takes a while to get to the point you've unlocked everything. It's especially challenging in the beginning, when you have no real idea what's actually going on.
There are - or at least were - seasonal mounts added after the game's release, so that's kinda nice. I'm only really sure about the Halloween mount, though.
It's also nice you (should) get the Classic version with the purchase of New Lands, so you can experience even the old game, which is slightly different.

Endless Legend - Shadows DLC
 –

Great DLC adding another layer of gameplay

This DLC adds espionage and an entire new race, that's closely tied to espionage, to Endless Legend. All other races just use espionage pretty much for being annoying (slowing down production, research, killing population in a city or kidnapping/killing governors) and getting to know what's going on in a certain empire, but the Forgotten - the new race - uses it also to steal technologies, which others can't do.
That's tied to the fact that the Forgotten can't use science - instead they buy techs with dust, which gets expensive fast. (Also make sure to complete Forgotten's quest line ASAP, it really is worth it.)
The Forgotten are quite fun with their dual wielding, though it means their defence sucks, as they can't use shields. With that said, their military is by no means weak, though you might not necessarily win by using it. I remember my first win with them was nor supremancy neither elimination, but commerce. Since later on you really want to produce a lot of dust in order to be able to buy technologies.
Another fun thing with the Forgotten is that you can be quite picky about where you settle, though not necessarily as much as Vaulers, since one stage of their faction quest unlocks a building that adds +1 resource on any extractor in a city, so combined with research you can get it up to +2 on strategics.
If you enjoyed the base game, just get this DLC. Just get them all. ;)

The Escapists 2
 –

Fun strategy game with multiplayer

In this game, you devise strategies to escape different prison maps. There's both co-op and versus multiplayer. I heavily recommend this sequel over the previous release.

Borderlands 2 Complete Edition
 –

Great Game!

Filled with loot and things to shoot and this complete edition is much better than the GOTY edition since it comes with all the gameplay DLCs. There's still some cosmetic DLC that isn't included, but that doesn't really make a difference gameplay-wise.

Clutter Infinity: Joe's Ultimate Quest
 –

Great game

Very challenging and a good variety of games. I like that every time you replay each level the clutter is generated with a completely different layout so you don't memerise each level and it is alway new.
