Great mix of story/RPG and action

I have to say, I'm really enjoying this game.

There is a great mix of story telling/role playing and action/combat scenes.

TONS of quests available so there is always something to do.
OR you can just wander around and see what's going on in different parts of the world.

Very very fun and the other players are nice and supportive.
It is a "freemium" model so there are upgrades and things you can spend $$$ on, but unlike other freemium models you have access to all the quests even as a free player.

Check it out, its fun!

Torchlight

meh

good graphics. game is a strange combination of too easy followed by a point where it is just way too hard. never finished this one. it doesnt make sense that you can level and level and level and get to the final scenes only to be slaughtered like a noob.

Din's Curse

great replay value

this is still the best game I have found for mac! basically a hack-n-slash but with a twist - the monsters will come and destroy the town if you aren't fast enough at solving quests! great character classes and hybrid builds available. the only negative is the graphics are fairly simple, but if you like hack-n-slash games like diablo or torchlight give this game a go!

Two Worlds II

hated it

not my kind of game at all. I got past the prologue and got stuck in the next bit. they want me to shoot 2 monsters with one arrow load but with the mac "magic mouse" there is no way to hold the left click and also click the right click. stupid game.

Mishap 2: An Intentional Haunting Collector's Edition
 –

I liked it

I got this with a bundle with a ton of other hidden object games and this is the only HO game I have ever played all the way through. Every scene has a different theme and then there is a minigame at the end of each scene. I didnt really like most of the mini games but over all this is a fun game. If you are curious about hidden object games but dont like the same old same old definitely give this one a try. :)
