Qualifications: Must have excellent Mac skills, extensive experience with Mac games, and be able to trouble shoot issues.
Pluses: Understanding and able to identity potential bugs in the system and able to delegate issues to proper internal departments for quick resolutions.
Hours: Typically 2-3 hours a day.
