realMyst: Masterpiece Edition

Best of the saga

There have been many versions of Myst over the years, but this is truly the best. Myst Island has never looked so beautiful before, full of more lush vegetation and gorgeous water. The heights on Channelwood, the eerie blasted landscape of Selenitic, are beautifully rendered in the new engine. I've spent time just walking around admiring the improvements in some of my favorite video game locations of all time.

1954 Alcatraz
 –

A very nice point & click adventure

A very nice point & click adventure with lovable characters and interesting choices to make. The artwork is very nice in my opinion, enable the 1954 mode which will render everything in a sepia tone. The puzzles are logical and entertaining. It's relatively short - it only took me 5hrs and hasn't a lot replay value. A perfect game for a casual gamer and best picked up when on sale. Love it!

Pickers: Adventures in Rust
 –

Fun!

A really fun, challenging game! I'm only half way through my first challenge (and will probably lose). Took me about a third of the way to figure out how to maximize sales.

An absolutely fantastic and solid point n click adventure game

An absolutely fantastic and solid point n click adventure game with very deep (well-worked) story, great visuals and fantastic soundtrack. It has references from adventure games of the golden age of adventure games like Monkey Island,Simon the sorcerer and many others. It even has references from well-known fairytales and characters from games that are not point n click adventures, like mario, sonic etc.

Max Payne 3
 –

I think it's a great game but it won't launch at all

Even after redownloading the game three times already, I still could not make the game to launch (I got Exception raised - unhandled page fault ....) . Many others are experiencing the same, yet there are no solution for this issue. I really hope there's gonna be an update soon.

GRID 2 Reloaded Edition
 –

The best racing game around!

I've played many (Mac) racing game, and Grid 2 is simply the best! The game run very smoothly, and more importantly: it's soo easy to play with only keyboard (hint: use light taps to steer). I can hardly believe it; even the drifting is very controllable, either by using handbrake or short braking technique.

Metro: Last Light Redux
 –

Game Unplayable

The game is sooo slow, incredible lag, even with the lowest setting. It seems to run at about 5 frames per second.

Not too hard or easy

And unlike most "apps" these days there's no push for more $ so game doesn't block you unfairly. Read the book if you haven't yet. This story does no justice

Deponia - The Complete Journey
 –

Logic Leap

I just bought, and started playing, the full series. It's stretching parts of my brain I haven't used for years. Maybe that's why the pace isn't quite moving as fast as I'd like. Still on Season 1 tho so I might update after S3. Definately a worthwhile purchase as full set.
**update. Have completed it now and sadly had to hit walkthroughs a few times. Some logic links I had to take extra steps to do things I already had figured out, and some of the "puzzles" were WTF type logic connections. All up not bad, but I won't be missing Deponia. And the ending...? Is there an alternate one? Hmmm
