We are hiring!

Macgamestore.com is looking to hire a customer service representative. This part-time job involves troubleshooting web site and game issues, responding to customer tickets, issuing credits and refunds, etc.

Qualifications: Must have excellent Mac skills, extensive experience with Mac games, and be able to trouble shoot issues.

Hours: Typically 2-3 hours a day.
