Would like to play game but unable to "right click" to get objects. Using Mac bluetooth mouse.

Try holding down the ctrl key while pressing the mouse button.
In all honesty, many things on mac are going towards needing that right mouse button for either functionality or ease of use. So you may want to look into getting a new mouse. They are not terribly expensive starting at $5 (USD) for a wireless usb mouse.
