I'm having a problem with this puzzle collection crashing- can any one help? It works fine so far in the 'free' play mode, and started well in the 'campaign' mode which enabled me to unlock some difficulty levels. However after my first three continents I completed two Europe puzzles, came back to do the next one the next day and discovered the two I'd completed were greyed out and when I clicked on the next available the whole thing crashed. I can't find any help or technical support on Ravensburger's site.
