Not sure if this version works any better han the one I bought when Platinum became available a few years back.
It had major bugs (like no trees) and nothing was done by Atari to fix this bug. I'm waiting for some feedback from someone before I purchase it… By the way support at Atari really sucks!

simiwazhere - After looking in the package resources it appear the game supports English, French and German.  Not sure about loading custom content but it does have a Peep Designer, Coaster Designer, Building Designer and Scenario Editor for 'customizable' included content.

Prince Ng - I have mine running on a 27 inch iMac and it is running at 1600x900 (OS X 10.8.2).  In the Options section click on the 'eye' to set your video resolution.  IF you click on the Auto Detect 'monitor' icon it will default to 1024X768 or what it determines is the best resolution based on your 'detail settings' NOT your monitors display.  If you do not click on Auto Detect you should be able to manually select a resolution from the drop down menu.

normand bourgie - Trees work fine, and so far I have not found any major bugs.  This version is published by Aspyr Media.  I'm not sure if that is better or worse as far as customer support goes but at least they 'are' Mac specific.  To be honest I have never had to contact them for support issues - which I am supposing is a good thing.

Uhh.. What a pity! With other software no problem with English language but I prefer to play games localizated in my native idiom. Anyway, many thanks for having answered promptly. :)

I'm going to have to down-grade my rating for this game, because the game used to work on 10.6, but the update now requires 10.7. Thats a cruel thing to do. So I am adjusting my rating.
