Clever! The password from my welcome email doesn't work. When I try to retrieve my password, the email never comes. The Support Knowledge Base says if I can't get to the email, "please submit a support ticket and we will help you find it." And you have to be logged in to submit a support ticket. Very clever.

I created a new ID to log in to this forum. Any suggestions on how to get to the account I purchased a bunch of games on?
