This game has lost the serendipity of the board game ("Write a bestselling book! Earn $500,000" or "A tornado destroys your house! Pay $I50,000 for repairs") and added a heavy dose of drugery. I made it through 23% of this game hoping that it would get better. The first few minutes are cute, but the rest is just repetitive and tedious. Worse, the game seems to perceive life as an endless round of pleasing everyone else in your world, but never caring for yourself... which is not a message I would consider appropriate for anyone, much less impressionable children.

Too bad this is just another time management game. Hasbro left Monopoly and Clue in their original format; too bad they couldn't have done the same with Life.

The Game of LIFE Path to Success falls in the same category as Burger Shop - testing your ability to handle a multitude of tasks and occasionally providing mini-games to break up the monotony.
The early rounds and the ability to customize your game piece were cute and thoroughly enjoyed by my 5 year old and me. 2/3 into the game it becomes incredibly challenging but repetitive.
The sound is very good but the replay factor is low. An average game overall.
